MAJOR LEAGUE BASEBALL RULES

SPARTANSPORTSBOOK is open 7 days a week and offers odds on major league baseball as well as on college world series games. With SPARTANSPORTSBOOK, you can make a baseball wager on sides (moneyline or runlines), totals and futures. You can make straight bets, parlays, reverse bets, if bets and round robins.

Baseball - Game must go 4 ½ innings, 5 innings if the home team is behind for either side to qualify as a bet.

Baseball - Totals must go 8 ½ innings, 9 innings if the home team is behind for either the over or under to qualify as a bet. Once a game has gone the official amount of time for the Total to qualify as a bet, then it is a bet.

Baseball – Runlines must go 8 ½ innings, 9 innings if the home team is behind for either the over or under to qualify as a bet. Once a game has gone the official amount of time for the Runline to qualify as a bet, then it is a bet.

Overtime periods and extra innings are counted in the final score when wagering on totals.

PLAYER MUST PLAY AT LEAST 1 REGULAR SEASON GAME FOR SEASON PLAYER PROPS TO HAVE ACTION.

1.	Major League Baseball games are official after 4 ½ innings of play, 5 innings if the home team is behind.
2.	If a game is subsequently called or suspended, the winner is determined by the score after the last full inning unless the home team ties the score or takes the lead in the bottom half of the inning. Then the winner will be determined by the score at the time the game is called.
3.	When wagering on total runs or run lines, the game must go 8½ innings, 9 innings if the home team is behind, otherwise it will constitute a "No Action" wager, and all money will be credited accordingly.
4.	Wagers on total runs or Runlines will be refunded if a pitching change occurs prior to both scheduled pitchers throwing at least one pitch.
5.	Baseball wagers that are accepted as "listed" are considered “No Action” in the event of a pitching change prior to the game, all wagers on either team and either total are considered "No Action" and all money will be credited accordingly.

BASEBALL WAGERS WILL BE ACCEPTED AS FOLLOWS:

Action – Team against Team, regardless of starting pitcher. In the event of a pitching change the bet is still good, but the odds will be adjusted according to Las Vegas oddsmakers.

One specified pitcher – A wager on or against a specified pitcher, regardless of the other specified pitcher. The pitcher you request to be listed must start the game.

Both specified pitchers – A wager that specifies both starting pitchers as scheduled, any change constitutes “No Bet”.

NOTE: Each team’s starting pitcher is defined for betting purposes as each scheduled pitcher that throws the first pitch for each team.

Futures: Odds to win the World Series, the American and National Leagues, and each division. You can also bet Over/Under total season wins for all MLB teams.
