1.	The clients FIGURE is to be verified on the first phone call of each day.
A.	FIGURE - Current account status that includes the sum of wagers already bet and remaining amount available to bet.
B.	PENDING - Amount of wagers already placed on games yet to be finalized.
C.	BALANCE - Remaining amount available that the customer may wager.
D.	YESTERDAY'S - The combined result of bets won and lost on the previous day.
The preceding four categories are available at any time to assist you in determining your account status.
2.	Customers must use their account number and password on all calls.
3.	“Read back is final”. After the clerk reads back the wager he will ask for the account I.D. and Password. Once the account I.D. and password have been repeated by the customer the wager is final.
4.	To cancel a bet the player must wager on the opposite side to nullify bet.
5.	Pro and college money line parlays are calculated according to price at the time of wager.
6.	You may NOT parlay the same team with both the point spread and the money line.
7.	Halftime lines are posted no sooner than TWO minutes after the first half ends. (FIRM).
8.	Money line parlays on Football, Basketball, Hockey and Golf are calculated the same as Baseball, according to the price of the teams when the bet was placed.
9.	Minimum wager on a sporting event is $10.00.
