All sporting events must be played on the date scheduled.
If an event is postponed and/or rescheduled, any wager
will automatically constitute “NO ACTION”.

The winner of any event or game will be determined on
the date of the events conclusion. |

SPARTANSPORTSBOOK does not recognize suspended games, protest
games, overturned decisions, etc. for wagering purposes.

No one under the age of 18 is permitted to make a wager. |
| 5. |
"Read back is final". After the clerk reads
back the wager he will ask for the account I.D. and
Password. Once the account I.D. and password have been
repeated by the customer the wager is final. Player
cannot call back to cancel or change bets. |

The home team is always listed as the bottom team unless
otherwise specified. |
